Chancellor of Tyndale
Dr. Thomas W. Francis Jr., Esq.
Dr. Thomas W. Francis Jr. Esq. serves as Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church of Dover, Florida. He is an accomplished scholar and theologian. While attending The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, he earned his Doctor of Ministry in Christian Apologetics & Evangelism (D.Min.), Master of Theology in World Religions, Islam, & Evangelism (Th.M.), and Master of Divinity in Great Commission Studies (M.Div.). Additionally, he completed all of the coursework in the Ph.D. program in World Religions and took a leave of absence to focus on pastoral ministry. At Belmont University College of Law, he received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Constitutional & Criminal Law. He was licensed to practice law in the state of Florida in 2021.
From 2010-2016, Dr. Francis served as Adjunct Professor at the University and Seminary levels. He has produced serval Biblical Study Guides for the following books: Galatians, Malachi, Judges, Esther, and Joel. Other works include A Theological Survey of the Minor Prophets.

Rachael Bowen M.Ed.
Rachael Bowen serves as Principal of Tyndale Christian Academy. She is an established educational leader with over thirty-five years of experience working with children and families. Rachael carries a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida and a Master of Education in Elementary Education from Southeastern University.
Rachael has received numerous awards and recognition including the Florida Certified Educational Leadership Certificate, Teacher of the Year at Shiloh Charter School, an Authored Publicist for the book (SHINE), Conference Speaker at LCS National Education, and an Accreditation League of Christian Schools Team Member (2022).

Felipe Ruiz
Felipe Ruiz serves as the Director of Communications at First Baptist Church of Dover, Florida. He is currently a Mid-America Seminary student pursuing a degree in Biblical Studies.
For over ten years, Felipe has served in leadership, from being featured in a National Commercial for Outback Steakhouse to developing the next generation of student leaders as Student Pastor and President of Burrow Agency LLC.
In addition, he was invited to speak at the largest festival in Florida, The Strawberry Festival. His passion for Gospel advancement and strategic vision is recognized by many. He has spoken in multiple DNOW weekends throughout churches in Plant City, Dover, and Brandon. Felipe endeavors to see God’s people rise to biblical maturity and to see Christ magnified in all spheres of influence.

Araby Broussard
Araby Broussard serves as the Kindergarten Teacher of Tyndale Christian Academy. Araby has been teaching Kindergarten for three years. She graduated with her Bachelor of Religious Education in Elementary Education from West Coast Baptist College in Lancaster, California. She also received the 2023 Teacher of the Year from Emmanuel Christian School in Hagerstown, Maryland. Araby loves to travel and especially to serve on missions trips both in the US and internationally. She has a passion to see the next generation grow into Christian leaders who will spread the Gospel to their communities and the regions beyond. Her life verse is Psalm 145:3-4: “Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised, and his greatness is unsearchable. One generation shall commend your works to another, and shall declare your mighty acts.”
